Overview

Our platform connects landowners, agencies, and tenants for residential property rentals. It also facilitates rent management and maintenance services.

Account Registration

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate, complete information during registration.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.

Role Definitions

• Landowners: Upload property details and receive rental income.
• Agencies: Act as a bridge between landowners and tenants. Keep 10% of the rent as service fee.
• Tenants: Rent properties and report issues via the platform.

Payments

• All rent payments are processed through our secure system.
• Agencies receive full payment and are responsible for sending 90% of the rent to landowners.
• Service charges, taxes, and transaction fees may apply.

Maintenance & Technician Management

• Tenants can report maintenance issues through the platform.
• The agency will assign technicians accordingly.
• Agencies are responsible for timely issue resolution.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Misrepresent property ownership or tenant identity.
• Post false or misleading information.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms, misuse the platform, or conduct fraudulent activities.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Losses due to false listings, delayed payments, or service interruptions.
• Damage to property or disputes between tenants and landowners.

Modification to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service implies your acceptance of the new terms.
